TFS structures form the decor of the FCKNYE Festival
Challenge
To kick off 2026, FCKNYE Festival once again trusted Veldeman for the decor of their grand event!
Held in Brussels from December 30 2025 until January 1 2026, the festival is a true established event, featuring 5 stages, 110+ artists and over 72,000 visitors from all over the world.
An event of this scale naturally requires generous space, and for that, the festival relied on our TFS structures – for the third year in a row.
And of course, it wouldn’t be Veldeman without challenges: construction took place during the holiday season, the site was tight and sloping, and during dismantling our crew faced snow and freezing temperatures.

Solution
To shape the setting of this festival, we installed three impressive TFS structures of 60 × 55 m, 60 × 65 m, and 30 × 65 m, all fully equipped with flooring.
The schedule required a strict timeline, with nine intense build days and seven days of dismantling. Our crew worked through to December 23 2025, while the rest of the Veldeman team was enjoying the Christmas holidays. Dismantling began immediately on January 2 2026. A team from Maessen Tentsupply, part of the Veldeman Group, assisted us with both setup and dismantling.
In addition, the tight and sloping site required extra preparations, including carefully levelling the ground.
Although the weather conditions were far from ideal, creating cold and sometimes dangerous circumstances, our top crew worked tirelessly to complete the project successfully.
The challenges of this project certainly didn’t hold back our team — quite the opposite!
