TFS structure as eyecatcher at major corporate event!

Challenge

At the end of January 2026, a corporate event was held at Taets Event Gallery that required a flexible and impressive tent setup.

The project demanded a solution that not only combined scale and functionality but also served as a true eyecatcher. In addition, constructions were needed to house all the necessary facilities.

We were therefore faced with the challenge of providing a complete solution – one that we enthusiastically tackled in collaboration with Maessen Tentsupply.

Solution

This project showcased the full strength of the Veldeman Group. Together with the Maessen Tentsupply team, we delivered a series of impressive temporary tent structures.

The eyecatcher? A 50 x 90 meter TFS structure!

Additionally, we installed several alu halls, fully equipped for:

  • Entrance and reception
  • Kitchen facilities
  • Sanitary facilities

The result was a comprehensive concept where scale, technology, and collaboration came together – a perfect example of what our group excels at!
