Tent village for company anniversary Willy Naessens Group

Challenge

A memorable event was held in 2023 to celebrate 60 years of the Willy Naessens Group. Tentmoment, part of the Veldeman Group, was commissioned to erect a spectacular tent village in Wortegem-Petegem for this company anniversary.

Solution

The tent village for this company anniversary included not just the main event area, but also the entrance foyer, kitchen area, toilets, changing rooms and separate dining area for artists and staff. No fewer than 8 tents were erected, with walkways, terraces and various facilities such as heating, toilet cabins, carpets, etc.

The ultimate attraction was the TFS, measuring 40m by 100m: one of Veldeman’s unique tent structures, which served as the main area for the event and dinner. The structure was divided into a reception area, event space and backstage area. Thanks to the combination of black canvas covering, large chandeliers and gorgeous mood lighting, the way this huge space was decorated made it all very warm and cosy. The anthracite-coloured carpet and carefully chosen furniture provided the finishing touch.
