Temporary space for storage at Mestdagh
Challenge
Groep Mestdagh required a temporary space for the storage of goods at its logistics centre in Gosselies. The supermarket group asked Veldeman to provide a solution.
Solution
Veldeman constructed a temporary 40-m-wide and 65-m-long storage space. With a side wall height of 3.8 m, this area offers sufficient space for stacking. The side walls were fitted with flat panels. The structure was equipped with 4 doors and a 3m x 3m sliding gate. Veldeman’s total solution also included heating, lighting, collision protection and fire protection.
