Excellent customer satisfaction score for the sixth year in a row
We are extremely proud that we have achieved an excellent score for customer satisfaction for the sixth year in a row. For the rental projects executed in 2022, our Net Promoter Score was +94.59, which is considered ‘world class’.
For our rental projects, the satisfaction of our customers is monitored on a continuous basis. As the most important parameter for customer satisfaction, we use the Net Promotor Score (NPS) or recommendation score. This can vary between -100 and +100. For the sixth year in a row, we achieved an excellent score of +94.59. For our temporary retail spaces, we even achieved the maximum score of +100. An NPS above +80 is considered ‘world class’.
